What does full wedding planning mean?

  • Wedding planning means that absolutely all organizational matters are entrusted to us. We take full responsibility for ensuring that every aspect of the wedding is flawlessly managed and that all service providers: including the photographer, videographer, host, designer, musicians, and others - properly fulfil the agreed responsibilities and deliver the promised services.

  • Our planning team is also actively involved in the venue selection and menu planning process. We communicate directly with the restaurant, chef, and service team to coordinate ongoing details whenever we believe our involvement is necessary.

  • Our company’s responsibilities also include creating the guest list, table arrangement and numbering, as well as greeting and directing guests on the wedding day according to the pre-planned seating chart and layout - both in the ceremony area and the dinner reception space.

  • Our services additionally include writing the evening program and wedding scenario, as well as supervising every aspect of it with precise time management. We coordinate with musicians, dancers, and the host regarding the flow of the program - including musical performances, toasts, dances, games, and other activities - ensuring accurate planning and flawless execution.

  • We also create a detailed wedding day schedule and organize all events throughout the day, including logistics for the photoshoot, ceremony, church wedding, and other important locations.

  • We manage and supervise key moments such as the first dance, cake cutting, and bouquet toss. If special effects are involved, we coordinate and control their timely execution, including fireworks, sparklers, and other visual effects.

  • Our planning fee also includes additional coordinators assigned to supervise different zones and processes. The number of coordinators is determined according to the scale and structure of the wedding. This may include coordinators for guest reception, artist management during the evening, bridal assistance in the morning, ceremony coordination, photoshoot management, and more.

  • Our work begins from the moment of agreement and continues until the end of the wedding day itself and even beyond, until the photographer and videographer deliver the complete final materials - covering the full management of every organizational detail throughout the entire process.

How is our fee calculated?

Our fee, like the overall wedding budget, depends on several factors, including the number of guests, the date and season, the city or region, and, of course, the overall scale of the wedding.

The final amount of our fee is determined by the complexity and volume of the work involved and equals 20% of the total wedding budget. Naturally, there is also a minimum fee, which is determined based on the details listed above.

The total wedding budget includes:

  • Venue and catering/menu

  • Decoration and design

  • Photo and video services

  • Band / DJ

  • Sound and lighting equipment

  • Fireworks and pyrotechnics

  • Wedding cake

  • Makeup and hairstyling

as well as every other service and detail managed by our team and for which we take full responsibility.

How does the journey with us begin, and what stages does the couple go through throughout the planning process?

  1. At the first stage, we discuss and clarify the key details of your wedding, including the location, guest count, and wedding date, after which you will receive information about our starting pricing range.

  2. If this budget aligns with your expectations, we then send you a detailed quotation where every service is clearly described, including the minimum and maximum estimated cost for each item.

  3. Once the initial budget is agreed upon, a contract is signed in your preferred language.

  4. To officially reserve your date, a 100% payment of our planning fee is required. This allows us to secure your wedding date and begin working on your event immediately.

  5. The second stage involves payment of 60% of the total wedding budget, which covers advance payments for all major services such as the venue, photo and video services, band, décor, and other vendors.

  6. Venue selection and reservation  as well as the booking of other services  begin only after the contract has been signed and our planning fee has been paid.

  7. Once all formal matters are completed, we move on to booking the listed services, including selecting, discussing, negotiating with, and securing all key professionals such as photographers, videographers, hosts, and other vendors.

  8. After the core team is selected and booked, we begin working on the wedding scenario, musical program, menu planning, and other important organizational details.

  9. At the same time, work begins on the creative concept of your wedding. Anuki and her creative team develop a personalized design concept based on the venue, your personalities, preferences, and overall vision for the celebration.

  10. The minimum recommended planning period for a large-scale wedding is 3 months. The most optimal timeline is 6–8 months, while the ideal scenario is 12 months or more, depending on the scale and complexity of the wedding.

Note: Payment stages and percentages are agreed upon individually, depending on how far in advance the wedding is being planned, as well as the scale of the wedding and the services requested. All agreements are specified in the contract, and payments are made according to a mutually agreed individual payment schedule.
